Delete your account
This page deletes your VicPaste account and everything attached to it. It is also linked from inside the app — and the app can delete your account by itself (Settings → Delete account), so this page is for when you no longer have a device with VicPaste on it.
这一页会删除你的 VicPaste 帐号,以及跟着一起删掉的东西。app 里也连到这一页 —— 而且 app 内本来就删得掉(设置 → 删除帐号),所以这一页是给「手上已经没有装着 VicPaste 的装置」的人用的。
Halaman ini memadam akaun VicPaste anda dan segala yang melekat padanya. Ia turut dipautkan dari dalam app — dan app itu sendiri boleh memadam akaun anda (Tetapan → Padam akaun), jadi halaman ini untuk anda yang sudah tiada peranti dengan VicPaste padanya.

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you sign in to VicPaste with. That signature is how we know the request is yours — we never ask you to prove it with an email address that anyone could have typed.
用你登入 VicPaste 的那个 Apple ID 或 Google 帐号登入。那张签名就是我们确认「是你本人」的凭据 —— 不靠「填一个 email」这种谁都填得出来的东西。
Log masuk dengan Apple ID atau akaun Google yang sama seperti yang anda guna untuk VicPaste. Tandatangan itulah cara kami tahu permintaan ini milik anda — kami tidak sekali-kali meminta anda membuktikannya dengan alamat e-mel yang boleh ditaip sesiapa.
This cannot be undone. Signing in below deletes the account immediately — there is no second confirmation after the sign-in window, which is why the word goes in first.
删了拿不回来。在下面登入之后会立刻删除 —— 登入窗口之后不会再问第二次,所以那个字要先打。

Email support@victech.my from the email address you sign in to VicPaste with, and say you want your account deleted. That address is how we know the request is yours. We delete it and reply to confirm when it is done. This route stays open even if the form above cannot run on your device.
用你登入 VicPaste 的那个 email 写信到 support@victech.my,说要删除帐号。我们靠那个地址确认是你本人。删完回信跟你确认。就算上面那个表单在你的装置上跑不起来,这条路一直都在。
E-mel support@victech.my daripada alamat e-mel yang anda guna untuk log masuk ke VicPaste, dan nyatakan anda mahu akaun anda dipadam. Alamat itulah cara kami tahu permintaan ini milik anda. What is deleted / 会删掉什么 / Apa yang dipadam
- Your account, and the link between it and your Apple or Google sign-in.
Signing in again with the same Apple ID afterwards gives you a new, empty
account — the old one is not recoverable.
帐号本身,以及它跟你的 Apple / Google 登入之间的绑定。之后再用同一个 Apple ID 登入,拿到的是一个全新的空帐号 —— 旧的拿不回来。Akaun anda, dan pautan antara akaun itu dengan log masuk Apple atau Google anda. Log masuk semula dengan Apple ID yang sama selepas itu memberi anda akaun baharu yang kosong — yang lama tidak boleh dipulihkan.
- The whole device group. Every device on your line is removed, including
ones you added that are still in use — the line belongs to the account, not
to any single device.

- Everything still on the line: items, thumbnails and files that have not
yet hit their 48 hours, on the server. They are deleted, not hidden.

- Your push tokens and your wrapped group keys.
推送凭证与群组钥匙包裹。Token tolakan dan kunci kumpulan berbalut anda.
- Your Sign in with Apple link, revoked at Apple. Delete through this page
with Apple and we also ask Apple to revoke the token, so VicPaste stops appearing
under Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple. If that call
fails the deletion still happens, and the form says so.
「使用 Apple 登入」那条授权,会一起去 Apple 那边撤销 —— VicPaste 就不再出现在「设置 → Apple 帐户 → 使用 Apple ID 的 App」里。万一那一步失败,帐号照样删掉,表单会照实告诉你。Pautan Sign in with Apple anda, dibatalkan di Apple. Jika panggilan itu gagal, pemadaman tetap berlaku dan borang akan memberitahu anda.
What is kept, and why / 会留下什么 / Apa yang kekal, dan sebabnya
- One line of deletion record — a short reference and a hash, with no email
address and no content in it. It exists so that "did my deletion go through?"
has an answer.
一行删除纪录 —— 只有一个短编号与杂凑值,没有 email、没有任何内容。留着是为了在你问「删掉了没有」时答得出来。Satu baris rekod pemadaman — rujukan pendek dan satu cincangan, tanpa alamat e-mel dan tanpa kandungan. Ia wujud supaya soalan "adakah pemadaman saya berjaya?" ada jawapannya.
- Ciphertext that was already on its way out, for at most 30 days, if the
sweep could not finish in one pass. Every piece of it has an expiry of its own and
none of it is readable by us. The form prints exactly what was left behind.
扫尾没扫完的残留密文,最长 30 天内清掉。每一块都自带到期时间,而且我们一个字都解不开。表单会照实印出剩了什么。Teks sifer yang sudah dalam perjalanan keluar, selama 30 hari paling lama, jika pembersihan tidak dapat disiapkan dalam satu pusingan. Setiap satu ada tempoh luputnya sendiri dan tiada satu pun yang boleh kami baca.
- The copies already on your own devices. We cannot reach those. Sign out in
the app on a device and it deletes its local copy and its key.

Subscriptions are not cancelled for you / 订阅不会自动取消 / Langganan tidak dibatalkan untuk anda
VicPaste Plus will be sold by Apple and Google, not by us, and deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it yourself: on iPhone or iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
VicPaste Plus 是苹果与 Google 在收款,不是我们,删除帐号不会取消订阅。请自己取消:iPhone / iPad 在「设置」→ 你的名字 →「订阅」;Android 在 Play 商店 →「付款与订阅」→「订阅」。

The key to your content. It is generated on your devices and never reaches our servers, so even before you delete anything, what sits on our side is ciphertext we cannot read. See the Privacy Policy.
